You need to be 18+ and verified in person in order to sell stuff.
Same applies to buying.
Once that is done, you will find that you can get a complete metal gun with a bunch of upgrades for the price you paid your M4.
And you will also find that you can get a crane stock with a decent battery for under 100$... that leaves room for a 7" RAS (replaces the stock handguards) for about 30$.
