anything that has propellant (sprays from a can) like that will have petroleum distillates in it, and petro products tend to degrade or swell rubber seals, even in automotive applications, but the rubber in airsoft guns are far more sensitive to it.

So sprays like that are generally bad for airsoft guns.

Go to your local hobby store and get RC bearing oil, it's silicone, it comes in various weights lighter than the airsoft stuff, and it's non propelled, and in most cases, they come in pen or vials that are squeezable and have needles for ultra accurate application.
