Hello all!
I'm worried that the AK47 might be a bit too unwieldy for me and have always been attracted to the AK74u anyway. However, I have an opportunity to pick up a G&G blowback RK47 for a decent price.

I was curious as to whether anyone would know a way to convert this rifle into an AK74u? From what I can see, there are many differences that would make this a difficult feat. The easiest of these feats is the folding stock. The one that I'm worried about most is that it looks as though I would need a completely new front assembly. The hand guards look to be very different sizes.

If anyone would care to share their experience or insight I would be very thankful.
