I wouldn't pull the trigger on that, the blowback would probably send it flying apart in a few rounds.
This kind of conversion, to be fully functional, would require a shitload of custom work, mainly producing a complete slide and receiver.
Can be done with enough time and money, but there would also be legal issues for the manufacturing process.
