If you want dual comms, you can always get a TP120 Push to Talk wired for dual comms. TEA Headsets (www.teaheadsets.com) can make you a single or dual comm U94 PTT. It has a single downlead to the PTT and then two radio leads. They use a mini hirose connector for the radio leads, so if you ever decide to change radios you just have to get the hirose pigtail and not a new PTT. I also have a Peltor PTT which I had made by Peltor a while ago, but it had to come from Sweden.

A TEA single comm PTT will run $165 USD plus shipping.

Here is a Peltor dual PTT for single downlead headsets (MBITR style.) Mine terminate in two pin Kenwood plugs for Wouxun and Puxing radios.
