Well in my G36 I have a 363mm KM TN tight bore barrel. ITs longer than the G36 so I also upgraded my cylinder so as not to have a shootdown effect.
If you go with a longer barrel yes any will fit just purchase the length you want and then purchasing a matching cylinder and install it. No worries.
As for the 6.03 or 6.04 everyone has their own preferences and recommendations. Just purchase what is in your budget range and you will notice a bigger improvement on accuracy and consistency (just also relates to accuracy) and you will be very happy.
