I am debating between these two too, and both pros and cons are good from everyone's point of view. I just don't want to show up shooting too hot and not be able to use it.

My G&P is above 400 FPS... After looking around, I've determined two effective methods to lowering my FPS:
1) Replace the spring with another with lower resistance
2) Use a Muzzle Velocity Reducer (I'm ordering one)
I love my G&P, it feels much sturdier than any other airsoft I've held.
