I just redid my rig with six Tactical Tailor M16 double mag pouches. 1 G36 mag per pouch. I'm amazed at how well these work. You store the G36 mag in the pouch on a slight angle so it goes in and out WITHOUT snagging on anything (if done right). It takes a bit of practice but for the first time I can swap all my mags with my eyes closed and without swearing.
Storing the pouches with the mags in is a must however to ensure that the pouches take the right shape.
