High Quality ABS = affordable prices?
who says CNC operation is cheap on metal? don't you see those price tags on metal bodies alone? its like half the price of a TM gun.
i agree it's an awesome feeling to the gun in full metal (ive owned full metal guns, TM based).
ABS is all you really need for this sport anyway unless you plan on making some serious dives into ditches or any other crazy unnecessary stunt you do in airsoft games. you do that crazy stuff Rumpel?
It is great in the long run for the DIY (do it yourself) Airsofter to get the Full Metal Guns, but not everyone in this sport knows how to troubleshoot their own airsoft rifles, or they just prefer letting local airsoft gunsmiths do the work. OR they just know have a nak for certain companies when choosing upgrade parts for their guns. (ILLusion = 1 upgrade fanatic)
**You do not need to change parts in TM guns** but because people want more power, they do it as soon as the get the damn gun. (besides changing to metal bushings, you can do that after 100,000++ rounds )
i think if you really put a "Pros" and "Cons" list, there are things that will appeal to different people.
