I just bought an ESS Profile set with the Cortex Clip nose protector thing.
Build quality is nice but could be better, no clearance issues for use with iron sights of all kinds (tested AK, M4, Benelli M3, G3A3, MAC11 with stock). Fully compatible and comfortable with MICH 2002 and PASGT helmets. Also fits perfectly for use with my mesh face mask on account of the nose thing.

I have used it in one hot, sweaty outdoor game with high relative humidity and one hot, sweaty indoor game in an arena with a cold ambient temperature.
No fog issues, no condensation issues either.

I hated the nose thing initially, but after using it I couldn't give half a shit about how it looks, because the peace of mind that it offers through working so well with the mesh mask is golden. They meet in such a way that the mesh is far, far more comfortable than it was when I was always trying to cram it into contact with the bridge on standard goggles.
I just wish I could get some different lenses for it. I got used to high-vis while I was still using my (demonstrably unsafe) knock-off Revisions.
