Maintenance is fairly easy. The parts that need to be lubricated regularly (bolt) is easy to access. As long as you don't oil it too much and have your hopup rubber swell, you're golden when it comes to maintenance. Otherwise, the MP7 design is pretty bulletproof. Haven't heard of anyone having any issues with the gun other than the hopup swelling.
