true but... i'd bet it would take alot to crack the 2gx gearbox its made alot thicker then your regular m4 apparently kwa used to have alot of problems with there gearbox cracking due to high rate of fire and bigger springs. thats why they beefed the 2gx up so much, another reason why finding an upper and lower receiver that fits is so hard. without being modified ofcourse
also the thickness of the shell in the 2gx makes it alot stronger for these cold canadian winters we love to play in so much. ive learned the hard way now with just recently getting my whole gearbox rebuilt in my ka as the shell was cracked in half after this past winter abuse of -20 games. hello modify internals
