Hey guys I was wondering if anyone has an optic made by V-tech. I'm considering getting this

But I'm a bit hesitant since I've never heard of that company before. Also, the "The above item which is made in China. We do not guarantee the quality of the outer surface of the product. The quality of finishing is imperfect and may have slight flaws. No returns or exchanges will be given on any sent out items. Please consider thoroughly about the corresponding risks before making a purchase. " at the bottom of the page I linked isn't very inspiring to me. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
