If your outer barrel O-Ring is worn (typical if you disassemble couple of times) you can use the main nozzle O-Ring as a replacement (I'd assume you would break a nozzle anyways, why not salvage what's left of the broken nozzle).
A nozzle BB feeder break happened to me, I pulled the delta ring off (huang novesque D ring) and the O ring was in two pieces, I used the old O ring from the broken nozzle, (Thanks BTW) and I have a question.
I have everything put back together but my question is how tight is TOO Tight for the Delta Ring? I have the delta ring set to that there's a little play at the muzzle and RIS feels snug but with not a lot of force the RIS twists. Should I get some Blue Loctite or some Teflon tape in there first?

I really don't want to repeat the same mistake but I don't want to worry about the RIS rotating in game or loss of accuracy due to play in the barrel.

Oh yeah... Is normal for the new nozzle to be snug in the bolt even with some Silicone oil in there? The back seal O-ring seems a fraction or three larger than the old nozzle

Thanks!
