I visited the dealer who exchanged for a new pistol so I hope the trigger action
lasts. I wish Socom had supplied their allen key for hop-up adjustment.I have
tried a few but difficult to know if I'm using the right size ( don't want to mess up the screw head as you can't get the feel that it is happening) I suppose the best way is to disassemble and see it close up.
At 20 feet, getting half of the shots in 8.9 and 10 ring and a few flyers which I presume is to be expected considering the low cost and trigger action.
Plus, open sights are a challenge for accuracy for me.Even if I could mount a red dot or other optic, this additional expense seems over the top for a pistol of this overall build.
Anyway, I'm relieved not being stuck with a $100 paper weight.
