They must have been modified or a new version came out recently. Every C9A2 I've seen at work has had the folding butt.
As a side point, that folding butt the stupidest designed folding stock I've ever seen. At its most collapsed its the same length as the old stock, which is far too long to really shoot from the standing properly... And it only gets longer, not shorter, while adding a whole lot of weight.
I'd kill for one of the american collapsible stocks.
