I think any TM-compatible AK47 AEG magezine will fit with the Cybergun AK AEG. Metal mags should be easy to find, but expect them to be a little more expensive than the plastic ones.

I am not sure about the grip, but I think the stock can be tricky, as AEG AK stocks from different brands sometimes are different. Search in the forum or check with the retailer before you buy.

If you found one will fit, and you found a new place for your battery (either in the new stock or somewhere else), then there should be no problem.
