380 is too hot for a CQB game, but lowering the speed is as simple as putting in a $10-$15 spring. Then you'll have both the strong speed for outdoors, and the weaker spring for indoors.

On an AEG, you shouldn't let the FPS deter you from the gun too much, since the cheapest way to alter the FPS is to just change the spring.
