To be honest, I've had several successful orders with them, but when an order goes to shit, it's impossible to have it resolved. They don't allow for you to change any items if it's out of stock. But they won't tell you that it's out of stock until you realized that items are missing from your package. At that point, they won't refund your or allow any change to that order. So you can listen to their BS about it will be shipped, or just dispute it with paypal. I've been through it so many times with them that it's just not worth the time anymore.
