This is one of those topics where you should be erring on the side of caution instead of "I don't know what the big deal is guys". We take a hardline stance on so many other things as a community and as a forum, and many of those things are far less severe or tangible as a real danger than this one. Why not take a hardline stance on this?

Word, but I think it depends on the mesh itself, distance, angle, and a whole bunch of variables which I wouldn't even try to go into. Maddog's guns are all fucking beasts as well, not shooting hot, but beasts nonetheless, so that may have had to do with it. I'm just one of those guys I would rather use my wrap around ballistics instead of mesh, even without the full seal, but I still lean towards my SO OTW's. Can't beat full seal ballistic protection. I love my vision and need it to shoot, on the airsoft field and elsewhere.
