OK this maybe controversial but i gota ask anyway, the Wiley X Tactical series have shooting glasses that are full seal as in there is a foam gasket that goes around the side as well hence making them full seal and they also have a strap that you can put on so they wont come off

Are they considered a full Seal or not?

this one in particular, however the other ones they are shown have the same function
