Moving - need a place for the new baby to move around once she starts walking. And to accommodate the move,
Better job - I highly doubt I can continue with my current job if I moved outside of downtown given I start as early as 5am, hard enough as it is right now.
Offload some airsoft stuff - I've already sold 1/3 of my arsenal, got at least 1 more gun to offload (maybe more) plus some gear. The less I got when I move, the easier it is for me.
