My recommendation is to start with a gun you visually love, or you won't appreciate using it. Now, the budget is not big, but JG and Cyma for AKs make some great stuff that will fit the budget. For link and discounted prices, I can only suggest getting age verified. Its not the most pleasant thing to do but once it's done you'll be happy you did it.
