I dont think by much it will just come faster out of smaller / less holes the ammount of gas should remain about the same as that would be controlled by the ammount that the valve opens and how hard the valve knocker hits the valve.
Ill use the oposite example there was a mod floating around the interwebs about increasing flow by making those holes bigger i did it to my ksc glock and then just bought hiflow vaves because it didnt really change anything the hiflow valve actually had 2 holes instead of 4 but the plunger bit when pressed created a larger space to let the gas escape then the stock valve the hiflow opened almost fully while the stock one was closer to half
Think of a hose when u put yer finger over the opening the water volume doesnt really change it just comes out under more pressure and at a faster speed id think youd get the same effect by closing of holes in the valve it would "jet" out faster under more pressure but the same volume that the valve is desing to flow.
Think we need a scientist or physacist or somethin to explain it beter lol
