I have ordered from them twice now, the first time, everything was awesome (though it takes a long time to get to you). the 2nd time I ordered I didnt get my drop leg mag holder, it was on the site in stock, but I never got it, this was rectified easily enough with a few emails, and the offered me any item of the same value freely shipped.

I continue to buy from them, as does my whole team without any issues.
my gear is like 4 years old and is still in awesome condition, overall quality is good
