I have been kicking around an idea for a reinforced belaclava,

The idea is to take a standard nomex belaclava and add semi rigid plates to it over vunerable areas, such as over the mouth and the ears,

I think I may prototype one with leather reinforcers, to see how it works.

Will keep you all posted as to the results
