Well I already have a AK Smersh with PLCE harness...however the Partizan rig(now OOP) was madde to order for FSB units only(for a period of 30-36 months) making it extremely rare.
Modern smersh price range $125-275
Partizan price range $400-650
Older rare smersh variants fall somewhere inbetween.
You have to remember this is Collector grade gear used by Russian FSB troops to put down Chechens.
