Anything winding, manual or otherwise, is a high cap
Midcap rules keep changing, it's generally around 190 but I think they make them even bigger now =/
Lowcaps I think are at 90 now because of the KA FAL or something. Anyway it's generally 70-90
Realcaps are self explanatory

Some people use highcaps for scrims here, but it really does take some of the fun and challenge out.
