How about a real size PTS handguard modified to fit an A&K ?
The PTS upper receiver is longer then the A&K, so I drilled two holes & added some pins to allow the PTS handguard to lock onto the A&K receiver. The pins are some old shelf supports from an IKEA shelf that I cut down to be flush with the outside of the handguard, super glued into place. (Furniture for my furniture
)
Edit : first go at adding rail & re-shaping handguard to allow the sight to be mounted further forward, (needs some more tweaking)
