Thanks guys, the tappet plate and nozzle are good and move freely on the cylinder head. After some more research, the nearest I can figure is that either the cut off lever was not re-installed properly or it is stuck and engaged all the time. There is a metal tab on the electrical end of it. As for the feeding issue, the bbs do "fly out" when the tab is pulled back, I can visually check and confirm that the nozzle is moving as it should, but there is a 2 piece hop up that may or may not have been re-installed properly. ...Thanks again for the advice
