I have recorded a video, hopefully MaciekA can tell me if its a shimming problem.
Now, in this video I installed the stock G&G High Torque Motor that came with the gun, I did some testing before installing it in the grip and noticed that it gets hot really fast, even without load. I also, just for the heck of it, plugged the battery straight to the stock motor, got warm but not nearly as hot as it did with the mosfet installed. I even plugged the one Lonex motor in question and got the same result; a nice warm motor, but not excessively hot.
I put a clear pistol grip on the gun because I broke the stock one as I said above. Hoping to get a replacement soon.
