also, by you post it appears you do want to get involved in the sport. please be prepared to spend roughly 500-700 for a new AEG and a couple of bills for gear. as a rule of thumb it will cost around 1000 to get decent stuff. if you do not have cash lying around, save a bit, get the AEG and come see a local game.
or, better yet, go to a game first, try out some guns (most people are nice about lending their guns to try out) and then make your decision.
i just started in this sport this past year and i went to about 4 games before actually deciding that airsoft was for me and which guns to purchase.
