Oh that note though, If you're speaking of Holographic sight as L3 EOTech's HWS, they are a pain if you ever need to get it repair, a lot of them are listed on ITAR making export/import a pain if not impossible (if your unit was not legally exported out of US, you can't return it to the states to get it fixed)
This is one of the benefit running non-american electonic optic (Aimpoint for example)
