I'd rate the 416 as on par with the BOLT. The SCAR only slightly less. I've owned multiple VFC M4s and now own a BOLT, as well as worked on multiple VFC Scars and 416.
The main con to the 416 is the motor adjustment screw being threaded into plastic, and your battery options are kind of limited due to the size of the storage tubes in the stock, but you still have the whole buffer tube.
The main con to the BOLT is the stock inner barrel and hopup rubber. The hopup unit as well as everything else is good to go though. Slightly more battery space in the stock, but you lose the whole buffer tube over the 416. Also you are very limited in aftermarket stock options.
The main con to the Scar is the pain in the ass ambi selector system, and the lack of available hop up unit upgrades.
All that said, you should be happy with whatever you choose, as they are all good options. However, if you plan on going for a high ROF setup you best steer clear of the BOLT. It's just not made for that kind build (although I do plan on finding the limit with my own :P).
