Fuses dont blow because your batterys low. They only blow when theres too much current going through.
Like if you hold the trigger down when the motor doesnt want to turn
Otherwise your motor is drawing too much current or your battery has too much current for the fuse (but not for the motor)
In short, bypass the fuse, and dont ever hold the trigger down if the motor isnt turning
