Possibly but try testing it carefully. Don't force it because you could damage the hop unit feed tube.
I own an ICS Galil ARM and it can fit VFC, Cyma, G&P, MAG brand 74 magazines and mag brand 47 magazines

I did have to Frankenbuild a spare LCT polymer 74 mag in order for it to fit out of curiosity

I have a Cyma push button power wind drum that came with an LCT Draco but this had a modification to it so it fit the LCT but this mod on the front locking tab also allows it to fit the Galil with zero slip

Best thing I can suggest is ask others while you game to try a test fit carefully

We both know the factory Galil mags could take off and fly away with the amount of slop they have
