37, any older or any younger, and you can't play airsoft.
The short answer; depends on the team. Each team, field, etc, will set their own age restriction(s). 18 years of age and up is obviously the gold standard. Then you're dealing with someone who doesn't require parental/guardian overwatch, probably has their own cash flow, and most importantly, is legally responsible for themselves, and their actions.
