Hello forum users!

I have more or less of a beginner question. Is it viable to use synthetic motor oil to lubricate a GBBP (WE Glock 17 in this case). I know that petroleum based oils eat away at rubber parts, therefore, I'm kind of reluctant to try it (since it is also my first GBBP).
