Alrighty! Glad to hear it worked out!

This is sort-of 'one of those things' for MP5s. Depending on the brand, the selector assembly can be a fairly major failure point just based on the way they're designed. The MP5 selector assembly is one of the most complicated (and most vulnerable to wear and tear) systems out there. The 'big circle' type is probably the most robust, but even then, you'll eventually develop stripping between the bar and the plate. It's just one of their quirks.

Congrats on buying a nice MP5 though, those Umarex G&Gs are a hot dish.
