I had a chance to test a friend's WE Hi-Capa out and I found the slide/frame fit to be exceptional. There was VERY little slide wobble on the one I had. Accuracy was also very good. I definately thought it was on par with the TM Hi-Capa in that regard. Taking it apart, the internals are all modelled after the TM Hi-Capa to a high degree. I was very impressed with the gun when I had it and I would have bought one of my own if i didn't already have a TM Hi-Capa. The kick on it was surprisingly satisfying given the fact that the weight of the slide was so heavy. It's definately not as snappy as my TM Hi-Capa but still very beefy nonetheless. This gun was definately one of the heaviest guns I've handled...
And to whomever quoted the gun as shooting 400 fps must have been shooting from the sun. I chrono'ed mine at around 310 fps indoors. Temperature was probably about 15 celsius.
