I guess now if a kid walks around in public with the new florescent colored guns, cops would shoot them. SB199 is going to save lives.

so paint our trigger guards, change flash hider, remove adhesive bands.

lets look at the bright side (no pun intended) at least they're not as bad as the UK (though licensing isnt bad) and they're not all coloured like nerf guns!
