You can find a machine shop, but they might be able to thread the end for you. Your best bet, if you're mechanically inclinded, is to get the tools to do it yourself.
Just cut off the barrel with a hacksaw about 1/2-3/4 of an inch in front of your desired length, then thread the 1/2-3/4 inch portion and you're done!
You can find decent tap and die sets on eBay or online. Just make sure you get the good stuff from America or Europe. Some of the comparables that are made in China break with certain barrels or have crooked threading.
If you're a little confused by what I'm saying, check out "rethreading a saiga" on Youtube. A guy does it to his AK, but it's the same exact concept.
Good thing about doing it yourself is you'll have the tools and know-how if you ever have to do it again.
