The Japanese design is for 134 (75-80psi)but still able to handle propane(115psi). What you'll get is shorten the life use.

When engage firing, gas is being releasing and flow through nozzle to push bb out from chamber and blow back the slide. The main impact are front and back horizontal, but don't miss out the vertical impact that creates between mag valve and nozzle. This impact also put pressure on the rails of slide and mid flame. That's how it got wear out faster and create problems, and that's how my 4.3 plastic slide got broken. Lubricant the contact could lengthen the life and minimize wear no matter is plastic or metal. After I learned and understand this situation and realized what would I expect the life of each. And that's also giving me a guide line to see if I would like to have it up grade or modify or not!
