I've been there once. Just get a grenade and sweep nothing else needs to be said other than "they're new" so you're f-ed unless they have the capacity to man up. No one wants to be cannon fodder. I've died being shot as the first man through the door 50+ times. A lot of times in the face.
Just sit tight and enjoy. Can't win them all.

I guess my experiences are different. I find most new players like to tag along with me for a bit. When shit hits the fan it becomes hard as everyone scatters but generally speaking I can usually get a small group together pretty easily on the fly.
I have to add I don't yell obscenities often and I keep it cool with my requests, my pet peeve is having someone screaming at me to fucking do this or that. Certain scenarios and events sure I need the ass kicking if I'm slacking but at say a scrim no way Jose homie don't play that.
