it could be the hop-up that needs adjusting, on the M9 I believe it's fixed, but on the G23 if you take off the slide there is a dial on the bottom, it's all 'picturized' in the manual

By the way, how do you like that G23?
I miss it already.. I even made instructions on how to use it one boring day... 8O
