You probably should've just bought a CA36C instead if you were looking for higher FPS. 320 stock which while isn't as high as you wanted would've nevertheless been better than having to upgrade your TM right out of the box.

If you really want to rice your gun, start small. You can put a TN barrel (same length as stock barrel) without opening the horror that is the gear box, though you'd still have mess with parts like the hopup. You should get a little more fps and slightly better accuracy from that, though far from the high 300s. Bigger battery is probably your safest upgrade path, since it requires no real technical work and you can make up for low fps and accuracy to a certain extent with volume of fire. A large foregrip or a battery sling with a 8.4v around 2000mah (NiCd, high mah if NiMH) should be enough.
