I would suggest on going to indoor CQB first. This way, because it's indoor, and CQB, the following points are valid:

1. You can get away wearing anything you want, thus you won't have to purchase new gear immediately. Wear jeans, hoodie, thin scarf (to protect your neck from hurting too much and leaving marks if it gets shot).
2. The FPS / Joules limit (how hard a gun is allowed to shoot) is typically lower than that of outdoors, thus it will hurt a bit less.
3. They'll have rentals. The first time or two you go, rent a gun. Don't buy them yet.



Now after you've playing a couple of times and decided you want to keep playing for sure, decide on your budget. Then, get "Age-Verified" on this forum (look for the FAQ) and browse the classifieds here. You can also find other places to browse as well if you look hard enough (I won't tell you where). Buying second hand is not a bad idea as it'll save you tons of money.
