I'm using the King Arms grip on my M4 at the moment. Though it's not "rubbery", it's really comfortable to hold. Not likely to slip either... it also fits quite well onto the body of my M4-S (i.e. no gaps).
As with the Zenith, the motor plate screw threads are metal, which is a nice touch.
