I spoke with a rep at Systema US recently. He wasn't aware airsoft was even legal in Canada. After giving him the lo down on our tricky system, he seemed to suggest the version 3's could be made available in the near future through the US for the Canadian market. There will be two models - a Mil/LE metal model, and a 'competition' aluminum model. They are functionally the same, but the Mil one is the actual weight of the real steel for training purposes, while the comp version was lighter for skirmish use. As it stands, I've put him in touch with a broker who represents a local business here, so with some luck there may be some version 3's in country in the near future. If anyone would be interested, start putting a few sheckles aside for now. I'm thinking if its a matter of needing a few customers to get the ball rolling, we could be in luck.
