Hey Solo, you've tried the Systema M-16 and M-4... is there any noticeable difference in accuracy between the two that might justify a decision one way or the other?

Also, about the competition model vs the Mil... would you say there is a weight/durability trade-off at all? Or is it just for realisms sake?

Thx.
Hehe,
yes I have larger images, and those will be sent to you (and thanks for your appreciation 8) ).
Now, onto your questions. Yes there is difference between the longer barreled version and the M4. As you have seen that messed me even further and made me get both of them. But the accuracy/range alone thing shouldn't be your only decision point. Weight will also increase, as well as as general handling (harder with longer rifles obviously). Result is that I have skirmished with the A3 just 2-3 times (mostly when I was defending some assets) and the rest of the times I brought the M4.
Also, don't forget that by adding (cylinder/battery) power thanks to the take down and swap thing, you can get pretty good results with the M4 as well (I measured with the range finder, good accuracy up to 55 metres, meaning I was able to consistently hit a target of my choice at that distance).
In terms of differences between the MilSpec version and the commercial one, an US friend has just gotten his commercial version and he measured the accuracy range he was getting and it was exactly the same as mine. So on the performance side, you will see NO difference (as long as it is a 3rd generation).
Aesthetically there might be differences (namely the barrel, front sights and then some).

Keep asking, I'm here
